The BCThubs Project has been awarded second prize in the Public Service Sustainability Award category at the Sustainable Development Action Awards 2025.
BCThubs was nominated together with the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage (SCH) in Malta, recognizing their joint efforts to promote sustainability and innovation in the field of cultural heritage. SCH was shortlisted for Malta’s Sustainable Development Action Awards, which celebrate initiatives that lead the way in sustainable innovation and practices across economic, social, and environmental dimensions.
The awards, presented by the Sustainable Development Directorate within the Ministry for Environment, Energy and Public Cleanliness, were organized with the support of several national ministries and authorities.
This distinction recognizes BCThubs for its role in promoting sustainable innovation and demonstrates the consortium’s continued commitment to advancing sustainability in cultural heritage research and management. It also reflects the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage’s commitment to supporting a sustainable future through research and collaboration.
